Chokoladevafler

Finally, a crunchy wafer cookie that doesn’t spike my blood sugar—I can snack on these without the usual guilt. The crisp layers hold up nicely with coffee, and they’re sweet enough to satisfy a craving without any weird aftertaste.

My blood sugar usually spikes with sweets, but these wafers kept me steady all afternoon—the crisp layers are so satisfying I almost forgot they're sugar-free. The lack of that weird aftertaste from other low-carb snacks is what really sold me.

The chocolate taste is rich enough that I don't miss the sugar, and they stay crunchy even after the package's been open a few days. Only wish the box were bigger since I polished them off in two sittings.
