Citronvafler

I've been craving something sweet that won't wreck my keto streak, and these wafers actually deliver on taste and texture. The gluten free layers stay crispy while the lemon frosting melts just right. Zero guilt, zero sugar crash, just a satisfying snack.

The frosting is genuinely lemony instead of that fake candy taste, and I love that there's no erythritol aftertaste. These have become my afternoon coffee companion, and the wafer layers stay crisp even after the box sits open for a few days.

I’ve been hunting for a keto snack that doesn’t taste like a compromise, and these wafers actually pull it off—the layers stay crisp and the frosting has that real lemon zing. The fact that there’s no erythritol aftertaste is a huge win for me.
