Peanut Stackers

The peanut butter layer between those crispy cookies is way thicker than I expected, and the crunch gives way to that rich, salty-sweet center perfectly. I’ve been eating them as a mid-afternoon snack and they actually keep me full until dinner.

I was skeptical about a keto cookie actually tasting good, but these are legit—the peanut butter filling is thick and salty, and the crispy layers hold up perfectly. I've already eaten half the box in two days.

The sandwich design is genius—each bite hits that perfect ratio of peanut butter to crispy cookie. I’ve already finished the box and ordered another, they’re that good.
