The lack of sugar alcohols is a huge win for me since those usually wreck my stomach, and these still taste like a proper cookie. They’re my new go-to with coffee when I need something sweet but want to stay on track.

These are the first keto cookies I've found that don't have that weird artificial sweetener aftertaste. I keep a pack in my desk drawer for the 3 p.m. slump and they actually hold me over till dinner.

I grabbed these for busy mornings when I don't have time to cook, and they're surprisingly filling—plus, I don't get that weird aftertaste you usually get from sugar-free stuff. The fact that there's no sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners makes me feel good about eating them with my coffee.
