I wasn’t expecting the layers to be this distinct—the hazelnut ganache is smooth, but that light wafer cream adds a nice crunch that keeps it interesting. It’s rich enough that one truffle feels like a real treat, and I don’t miss the sugar at all.

The roasted hazelnut in the center is the star—it gives that nice crunch against the creamy ganache. I’ve tried plenty of keto sweets that taste like chalk, but these actually melt like the real thing, and the wafer layer adds a fun texture. Didn’t even miss the sugar, which is saying a lot.

I’m not usually one for sugar free desserts, but the roasted hazelnut in the center gives it that real chocolate texture I miss on keto. The wafer cream layer is so light it almost melts before you bite down. Already ordered a second box.
