Speculoos 餅乾

I’ve been hunting for a keto snack that doesn’t taste like a compromise, and these actually nail the spiced flavor I remember from regular speculoos. They’re sweet enough to satisfy a craving but have zero sugar alcohols, which my stomach really appreciates.

The crunch on these is perfect—crisp but not hard—and the spiced flavor actually satisfies my sweet tooth without any weird aftertaste from sweeteners. I've already gone through two bags this week and my carb count hasn't suffered at all.

These are my new go-to snack when I need something crunchy but don't want to wreck my macros. I love that there's no weird aftertaste from artificial sweeteners, just that warm spice flavor. Even my kids keep sneaking them.
