My coworker brought these to our potluck and I had to ask for the bag because I couldn't believe they were gluten free. The cookie part has that nice crisp-then-chewy bite, and the churro taste reminds me of the fair without any sugar crash afterwards.

The cinnamon flavor is spot-on and the texture has that perfect crunch-then-soft center like a real churro. Being gluten free and sugar free makes them feel almost guilt-free, though I’ve already eaten half the bag in one sitting.

These were gone before I even got to share them, and I’m not even mad. The texture is perfect—crisp outside, soft inside—and knowing they’re gluten-free with zero added sugar makes the cinnamon sweetness taste even better. I’ve already reordered a second box.
